Here is what that intersection looks like today !!
Corner of Ardmore & Yost Blvd. in Forest hills Pa.

The original Ardmore Roller Palace, top, was located on
Ardmore Blvd. in Forest Hills Pa. which is about 7 miles east
of downtown Pittsburgh. It was demolished in 1973 to make way for
a new rink located in the lower level of the Cost Bldg. on Ardmore Blvd.
The new rink opened in 1975 and closed in 2005 after a 30 year lease
was not renewed. A couple of businesses occupied that area of the bldg.
but as of this posting it is now empty, and the front doors boarded up !
